How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view the latest status of your package on the carrier’s website.


Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We know how important your order is, and we begin processing it right away — which means we’re usually unable to make changes once it's placed. Please double-check all details before completing your checkout.


How do I return an item or request an exchange?

We gladly accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition — unworn, tags attached, and not a clearance item.
Please note: we do not offer direct exchanges.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue you a store credit that never expires — perfect for repurchasing your preferred size or choosing something new!


The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

Don’t worry! We frequently restock our most-loved items. Just sign up with your email on the product page to get notified as soon as it's available again — you won’t miss out next time.


I entered the wrong shipping address — can I change it?

Please contact us immediately with the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Unfortunately, if it’s already packed or dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.


What if I received the wrong or a faulty item?

We're truly sorry about that! Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • your order number

  • the product name or code

  • a clear photo of the item

  • a brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


I forgot to apply my discount code — can I still use it?

Reach out to us with your order number and the promo code as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to apply the discount retroactively if your order qualifies.
