Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or processed.

If your order is successfully cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent), we will cover the full return shipping cost.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
